Return Policy

Scott's Auto Sales & Services ("Company") maintains the following return policy for all vehicle purchases.

Overview

All sales are final. Scott's Auto Sales & Services does not offer refunds or exchanges on completed vehicle purchases unless otherwise required by applicable state law.

Cooling-Off Period

The State of KY does not mandate a cooling-off period for used vehicle sales. Once the buyer signs the purchase agreement and takes delivery, the sale is considered final.

Warranty Vehicles
